Aspire Action CIC was founded by Pierre Epoh Moudio — an award-winning ESOL educator, published author, and migrant who lived every stage of the journey he now helps others navigate. Pierre arrived in the UK 23 years ago with a degree in English Language and a dream of building a career in education. He faced qualification barriers, job rejections, cultural adjustment, and the invisible challenge of building a professional network from scratch. He overcame every one of them. Aspire Action CIC was built so that the people Pierre works with do not have to spend years figuring out what they can now learn in a programme.
What we believe
• Every migrant carries transferable skills, resilience, and lived experience that are genuinely valuable in the UK workplace.
• The barriers are not a lack of ability — they are gaps in presentation, language confidence, professional networks, and cultural navigation.
• Those gaps are closable. With the right framework, the right support, and the right mindset shift, transformation is possible.
• Success shared is success multiplied. When one person in a community thrives, others rise with them.
Who we work with
Aspire Action CIC works with people who have the experience, the drive, and the determination — but need the right framework to make it visible in the UK. Our programmes and workshops support:
Migrants and ESOL learners — building the English confidence and workplace communication skills to match their existing expertise
Internationally educated professionals — translating overseas qualifications and experience into language UK employers recognise and value
Job seekers and career changers — developing the skills, confidence, and professional network to access new opportunities
Disadvantaged adults and underrepresented groups — removing the barriers that stand between potential and progress
Aspiring community leaders and entrepreneurs — turning lived experience and community knowledge into sustainable businesses and leadership roles
