My name is Pierre Epoh Moudio, and I’m the founder of Aspire Action CIC. When I moved to the UK, I faced the challenge of navigating a system I didn’t understand — not knowing how things worked, where to go, or how to move forward. Like many others, I knew I had something to offer, but I often felt overlooked and unsure of my place.

 Over time, I discovered something powerful: we need to take action and be in charge of our lives. Help and support are essential, but unless we take ownership, nothing truly changes. That belief became the foundation of Aspire Action CIC.

I also came to see that failure isn’t final — it’s feedback. When we ask, “What can I learn from this?” we start turning setbacks into stepping stones. My passion for growth and taking action also led me to publish a book called The Self-Leadership Blueprint: Build, Grow, and Lead from Within — a guide to help people take ownership of their journey, develop confidence, and lead from the inside out.

 Today, I use my lived experience to support others on their path — building confidence, digital skills, communication, and self-leadership so they can thrive.
